Title: Titles should succinctly capture the main content of the document, avoiding general terms like “instruction manual,” to facilitate future reference.
2. Table of Contents
A table of contents is essential for longer documents. It should list the main sections and page numbers, allowing readers to easily locate the information they need.
3. Main Text
The main text should clearly, accurately, and comprehensively introduce the subject matter. It must have a clear structure, using headings to distinguish different sections or paragraphs. Headings should be slightly larger than the main text for differentiation. The content should be factual and objective, detailing both the advantages and characteristics, as well as usage precautions, potential issues, and solutions.
4. Charts and Illustrations
The document can include charts and images to support the text. These should clearly and accurately reflect the content, with appropriate explanations.
5. Conclusion and Signature
Conclusion: The end of the document can include a brief summary or words of thanks, though this is optional. If included, the language should be concise and appropriate.
Signature: At the bottom right, indicate the full name of the providing organization or individual, along with the date, to clarify responsibility and facilitate future inquiries.
6. Additional Requirements
Language: Use standard, coherent, concise, straightforward, and appropriate language. Avoid rare characters, typos, or nonstandard forms.
Measurement Units: Use international standard units throughout to ensure accuracy and readability.
The structure of a manual should be adapted to fit the specific context and requirements, while ensuring that the content remains accurate, comprehensive, and easy to read. During an actual exam, students must adjust the format based on the information provided in the question.
